The Buyer agrees to allow the Seller to electronically store personal and company data required for the administration of the business relationship. The data is handled with accordance to the Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes and the Teledienstdatengesetzes.

We are allowed to use the data to check creditworthiness.

We will not propagate the data to third parties.
